A selection of Derbyshire steaks from ‘A Pig’s Tale’, Alderwasley hand cut by Ken, and all served with pommes frites, garlic butter mushrooms, rocket and parmesan.

Rich fish soup of marinated fish in a tomato saffron broth with aioli, Swiss cheese and French bread

Trio of Smoked Fish
Peppered smoked mackerel, smoked salmon and smoked haddock mousse with potato, red onion,
soft herb and caper salsa

Grilled Sardine Fillets
Crispy fillets in lemon & herb butter with a marinated cherry tomato garlic crouton and fresh rocket

Cod Cheeks wrapped in Bacon
Pan roasted onto herb buttered mash with roast carrots, black peppered spinach and beurre blanc

Gratin of red mullet, haddock and salmon layered with potatoes, caramelised onions, garlic, crème fraiche
and Swiss cheese served with a mixed salad and crusty baguette

Moules au Roquefort
Freshly steamed mussels with finely diced onions, cream and Roquefort with pommes frites and crusty baguette

Grilled Mackerel Fillets with Chorizo
Crispy mackerel fillets with spicy chorizo, buttered leeks, capers and parsley
